STM Healthcare is one of the leading UK manufacturers and suppliers of pressure area care products. Each product has been carefully designed to help both reduce the risk of pressure ulcers occurring and increase patient comfort.

We are able to offer our customers a wide selection of support surfaces including mattresses, chair cushions, wheelchair cushions, mattress overlays, pillows, spinal aids and bed and wheelchair accessories.

All of our products undergo extensive clinical evaluation, mostly conducted by the Biomedical Engineers at Salisbury District Hospital. Our mattresses are continuously tested in a ward environment for a period of five years and our cushions are tested with the help of a dozen live volunteers. We do not use artificial devices or wooden mannequins.

The results of these evaluations are published and available on request.
